  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

For The Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparing The Cake Batter and The Cinnamon Pecan Filling

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, and sugar.
  • Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes until well combined.
  • Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, melted butter, and chopped pecans in a separate bowl.

Assembling And Baking The Cake

  • Grease a 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup Bundt pan.
  • Pour 2/3 of the batter into the pan.
  • Sprinkle the filling over the batter.
  • Add remaining batter on top.
