Oreo Lava Cake Crockpot with Candy Bar Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies 14.3 oz or 405g
- 1 box chocolate cake mix 15.25 oz or 432g
- 1 cup milk 240ml
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted (113g)
- 1 cup chocolate chips 175g
- 2 candy bars of your choice approximately 3.5 oz or 100g each, chopped
- Optional: Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
Mixing the Oreo Lava Cake Batter
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs
- Mix Oreo crumbs with cake mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter
- Stir until well combined and smooth
Adding the Candy Bar Surprise
- Pour half the batter into the greased crockpot
- Place chopped candy bar pieces on top of the batter
