Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g Evaporated milk 1 14 oz can
  • 60 g Heavy cream ¼ cup for milk mixture
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder
  • 35-40 Ladyfingers about 1.5 packs with 24 ladyfingers each
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream 360g for decoration
  • Optional: Freeze-dried strawberries and pistachios for decoration

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tres Leches Mixture

  • Whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream in a bowl
  • Add a small amount of cardamom powder, taste, and adjust to your liking

Assemble the First Layer

  • Arrange ladyfingers tightly in a single layer in your serving dish
  • Trim ladyfingers to fill any gaps
  • Drench the ladyfingers with half of the milk mixture using a 1/4 cup measure

Add the Second Layer

  • Wait 10-20 minutes for the first layer to absorb the milk
  • Repeat the process with a second layer of ladyfingers
  • Use the remaining milk mixture to soak the second layer

Chill the Cake

  • Refrigerate the assembled cake for about 2 hours

Decorate and Serve

  • Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks
  • Spread half of the whipped cream evenly over the chilled cake
  • Optional: Color the remaining whipped cream and pipe decorative patterns
  • Garnish with crushed freeze-dried strawberries and chopped pistachios if desired
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your no bake tres leches cake.
