- 3 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Use a 10-12oz microwave-safe mug.
Mix Biscoff cookie butter, milk, and oil in the mug until they are well blended.
Add sugar and stir well.
Sift in flour, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until everything is mixed. Make sure to scrape the edges and bottom of the mug.
Clean the edges of the mug.
Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds (it usually takes 80 seconds).
Serve warm with some extra Biscoff cookie butter spread on top.
