Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Biscoff cookie butter
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Use a 10-12oz microwave-safe mug.
  • Mix Biscoff cookie butter, milk, and oil in the mug until they are well blended.
  • Add sugar and stir well.
  • Sift in flour, baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until everything is mixed. Make sure to scrape the edges and bottom of the mug.
  • Clean the edges of the mug.
  • Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds (it usually takes 80 seconds).
  • Serve warm with some extra Biscoff cookie butter spread on top.
